Role Summary:


The HR Service Delivery Specialist will be supporting our newly created People Resource Center (PRC), and serve as an initial point-of-contact for employee inquiries, escalating to Subject Matter Experts (SME), as needed. This role will also assist with data entry into our Human Capital Management system, perform documentation reviews, identify gaps in Human Resources processes between teams, participate in data analysis, and collaborate with team members on innovations and efficiency ideas.


In this role you will:


Complete data audits and entry (40%)



  • Review all employee data prior to entry into UltiPro for accuracy

  • Enter all data into UltiPro

  • Work with Data Integrity Analysts to validate employee data for audits

  • Monitor for data anomalies to help identify issues


Respond to or escalate employee inquiries (30%)



  • Be the first point-of-contact for various Human Resources functions

  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to create positive experiences

  • Answer emails and ServiceNow inquiries from WPS employees

  • Reassign employee questions/requests to the team leads or Human Resources teams depending on the complexity of inquiry


Review procedural documentation for accuracy and identify efficiencies (30%)



  • Read through documentation from all Human Resources teams to make sure processes are easy to follow

  • Point out potential efficiencies across all teams in Human Resources

  • Work with HRIS to develop ServiceNow workflows to automate work between all HR teams

You need to have:



  • Associate’s degree or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience

  • 1 or more years of related work experience

  • Drive and passion around innovation and creative problem-solving
