As the Customer Service Representative II, you'll work with our business customers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional logistics solutions. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating updates and resolving issues

  • Support sales team by working with new accounts and delivering a seamless transition to our customer service team

  • Identify customer needs for freight and ensure that movements meet or exceed expectations

  • Accurately input data into the system to ensure all details are entered

  • Ensure issues are handled specific to client needs

  • Solicit referral business from all accounts, advising all pick-up and delivery points about XPO


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience providing customer service both verbally and in writing

It'd be great if you also have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)

  • Transportation industry experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced business setting
