Creating a diverse team is a critical part of our success. We're looking for people from all backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. In an effort to achieve broad representation, we have designed a program to attract students who self- identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+).
Our Proud to Be Early Insights Program seeks to provide LGBT+ undergraduate students with a first-hand look at what it's like to work at a leading financial services firm offering training and networking events, and earlier consideration for internships.
