As the Principal IT Analyst - SharePoint, Metropolitan Water District's O365/SharePoint services. You will assist, streamline, and enforce existing and business processes using SharePoint. You’ll also help with improving consistency, standardization and adoption of Office 365 features including Power BI, Power Apps, Classic and Nintex Workflows, Teams, SharePoint Designer, Planner, and reporting.
Other duties will include development, maintenance, and support of Enterprise eForms and automating workflows in various business entities. You will assist units, teams and users’ transition from legacy systems to modern cloud solutions. You will also work with the Records Management Manger to maintain best practices and document for taxonomies. In addition, you will also partner with the Cyber Security manager on maintaining best practices and document on security configuration.
The Principal IT Analyst - SharePoint (Full-Time District Temporary) position is on the Information Technology Team and located at the Headquarters of Metropolitan Water District in Los Angeles.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of increasingly responsible experience, of which two years must have been at the Senior Programmer Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst level.
Increasingly Responsible Experience is defined as: Supporting SharePoint sites, utilizing MS SQL-Server and Reporting Tools, experience with Office 365, development of Power Shell Scripts, and creating Power BI dashboards.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
