Arhaus is looking for a Marketing Creative Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Department! Since 1986, our mission has been simple. You will apply your future-focused thinking to refine our marketing operations and creative processes within the in-house creative marketing team. You will continuously seek out the most current best practices in creative development to evolve our industry-leading way of working. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Offices in Boston heights, Ohio.

Core Job Functions

• Drive project planning within the Marketing copy, photography, production, design and store experience teams to ensure seasonal product introductions are launched on time and within budget.

• Project manage all Marketing tasks that are required for ecommerce product launches and act as the main point of contact to provide regular status updates to business stakeholders.

• Forecast production team workloads, manage internal timelines and source external talent when necessary.

• Audit, refine, and establish new processes to support a growing marketing ecosystem.

• Partner with Marketing department leaders to drive annual project planning, resource management, budget management and process improvements across the in-house creative team.

• Work with creative team leads to build and maintain the overall creative marketing calendar.

• Set the vision, strategy, and implementation for overall creative marketing operations.

• Lead the reporting of project status data to proactively find areas of opportunity and improvement for efficient workflow, automation, productivity, cost savings and world class creative execution.

• Establish operational plans for managing the eb and flow of seasonal creative assets across the creative team throughout the calendar year.

• Help identify, source, and manage creative vendors and freelance talent, when needed, for specific marketing projects to support business needs such as image retouching, CGI, Arhaus.com initiatives.

• Help identify, source, and implement creative workflow tools to support photography and video asset planning, creation, editing, and publishing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or general management.

• Min 8+ years of relevant omni-channel marketing, creative operations, and project management experience.

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary creative production workflows including photo retouching, digital design, print production, and in-store marketing

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a creative marketing team

• Superior time management, project management, organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes and develop solutions

• Experience working with PIM and DAM systems is a plus

• Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate across teams and departments

• Strong interpersonal skills required

• Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently

• Proven ownership of complex projects and process management initiatives

• Should be well-versed in Asana and other creative workflow tools as well as Microsoft Office programs, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and comfortable working on a Mac

• Must be fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
