Role description:

Arcadis is currently searching for an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our team in the Highlands Ranch, CO office.

Role accountabilities:

What you will do:

• Work on groundwater remediation, water, and wastewater design engineering and construction projects; including production of design calculations, technical reports, permitting, detailed design and engineering plans and specifications for projects including; plant upgrades, treatment facilities, pipelines, storm water systems, and distribution/collection systems.
• Organize and conduct structural related engineering investigations, calculations, and planning work which has a well-defined scope.
• Work directly with a variety of engineering disciplines, office / project staff, client and sub-contractors, throughout the project life cycle
• Take direction from Task Manager or Project Engineer on projects to manage related budgets and schedules, and assist with the development and management of plans, permit checklists, and scopes of work

What skills & attributes do you need?

• Strong structural analysis/design skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team
• Ability to work productively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Flexible attitude towards assignments, with ability to take on new projects, and an eagerness to take ownership of tasks and challenges regularly
• Familiarity/experience utilizing MathCAD, STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural software

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or experience in Engineering Consulting.

• Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field of study.
• Advanced knowledge/experience with Mathcad, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD

In accordance with the Colorado Transparency Rules:

Arcadis offers benefits for full time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401K plan, STD and LTD, and Life Insurance as well as some additional optional benefits.

Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply.

The Salary range for this role is $49,918 - $74,770 for Colorado based positions only.

Other locations will vary in salary range.
