Job Description:

SUMMARY

Welltower, a $50B S&P 500 company, with both residential and medical office portfolios is embarking on a digital transformation of its business. In this newly created role, you will lead the way with process improvement as a core part of our digital transformation. Digital transformations are about People, Processes, Data, and Technology – reviewing the existing processes and improving them is a key part of the success of a digital transformation. You will be responsible to work with team members in various departments and at various properties to identify and document the existing processes, communicate your findings, and then partner with the various stakeholders working closely with the technology team to create the optimal process which can then be formalized and standardized.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Meet with various departments and properties identifying key processes

  • Document the processes via flow chart

  • Meet with the technology team members to understand the standard processes of the various software systems

  • Work with the various stake holders to optimize the processes based on the overall objectives and the software system’s capabilities.

  • Work with the training teams to inform training material, where applicable, for selected processes.

TRAVEL

Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


  • Experience in process management, training, technology roll outs a plus

  • 2 years of work experience in a business setting, ideally real estate operations or accounting

  • Analytical mindset with good people skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Great communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Ability to learn or knowledge of basic flow chart software
