The Director of Cardiovascular Services with this hospital that performs highly advanced, lifesaving medical procedures will be expected to provide clinical administrative leadership over the Cardiac Service Line in order to promote high quality, integrate advanced technology, and bolster efficiency. The Director of Cardiovascular Services will have oversight of the cardiovascular service line including Diagnostic Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiovascular Surgery, the STEMI Program, the TAVR Program, the Anti-Coagulation Clinic, and the hospital-based cardiology clinics. The Director of Cardiovascular Services will collaborate with other department leaders and lead with the best-evidence based practices.

Responsibilities as the Director of Cardiovascular Services include maintaining the Chest Pain and Atrial Fibrillation accreditations, assisting with marketing and promotions of cardiovascular service line, and establishing operational goals for the department, including work plans and delegating assignments to team. Qualifications for this leader include 5+ years’ experience in cardiovascular services in the acute care setting, progressive leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Management related field.
