Acute Care Clinical Division Sales Manager at Medline Industries, Inc. in Los Angeles, California

Job Description:

Medline Acute Care has an immediate need for a Clinical Division Sales Manager ideally based out of the Los Angeles area. The Clinical Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and performance of all sales activities in the division, staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. The Clinical Division Manager is a subject matter expert integrated into their territory who owns the sales process and relationships with non-supply chain decision makers.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain high-level clinical customer relationships and effectively present Medline's clinical value proposition and solutions to C-Suite level customers.


• Collaborate cross-functionally and successfully navigate a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.


• Strategically target opportunities for team of direct reports; launch processes for targeting and accountability for customer system integration.


• Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.


• Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, coaching, training/development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $130-160K annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Basic Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's degree.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 5 years of clinical sales experience
• At least 1 year of field trainer experience

Additional

• Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant Work Experience

• 2-4 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role
• Background in Wound Care/Skin Health, Vascular Access and/or Urology
