Job Description:

Here's what you get to do, you will…


  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for all business functions, including planning for strategic objectives, headcount, expenses, and operational metrics.

  • Provide comprehensive variance analysis, including identification of gaps, trends and opportunities within the business and recommend course corrections to functional and finance management.

  • Identify opportunities for business improvements leading to higher revenue, increased efficiencies and/or cost savings. Make recommendations for actions and assist with implementation.

  • Plan, facilitate, and implement ad hoc analysis to support decision making, evaluate business initiatives, evaluate performance, etc.

  • Reference Monrovia’s values as a starting point, model and demonstrate the highest levels of legal and ethical behavior in the execution of duties.

  • Apply and model the principles of MNQ/Lean Six Sigma in all activities to improve the assigned processes and ensure continuous utilization and management of Oracle Cloud.

  • Perform other related duties to benefit the mission of the company as assigned. 

Who You Are


  • You have at least two years of business-related experience and financial planning and analysis experience.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.

  • You have superior knowledge of Excel, Oracle Cloud, and financial statement relationships. 

  • You have a high tolerance for ambiguity, uncertainty, and diversity in the workplace.

  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change throughout the organization.

  • You have a proven ability to work independently, as well as the ability to effectively partner with and influence business managers.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interface effectively across all levels within the organization and across functions.

  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while delivering accurate results in a timely manner.

  • You are flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage in a dynamic business environment with a strong sense of urgency.

  • You are motivated, enthusiastic and perform your job with a “can-do” approach.

  • You will be paid as salaried, exempt, will earn from $75,000-$95,000 per year, and will participate in Monrovia’s Variable Compensation Program with an annual potential of 10%.

  • You’ll earn paid vacation and sick time.
