Your role as the Head of People Experience Partners: 

You will be bringing experience as a strategic advisor, master executor, and consultative partner to foster a thriving workforce capable of performing at their best. You will lead a team of business partners in translating business priorities into measurable, data-driven, talent and organizational plans, and you will be instrumental in delivering innovative programs at all levels of the organization that support a highly diverse workforce.  

 

Key responsibilities include:  


  • Identifies business and operational goals; translates strategic priorities into applicable workforce plans and people programs. 


  • Diagnoses the organizational design and effectiveness and employee experience within local business and operational groups using data-driven techniques and understanding the voice of the employee. 


  • Manages the quality and effectiveness of holistic people strategies that address business-specific risks and opportunities to organizational design and effectiveness; maintains a great employee experience. 


  • Oversees effective talent management and workforce planning practices to ensure business and operational groups meet their goals and objectives while retaining, developing, and engaging their people. 


  • Leads large-scale, cross-functional talent management programs in support of the Bank’s People Strategy and helps people leaders align on the tradeoffs necessary for achieving its objectives. 


  • Serves as the primary liaison between People & Engagement and the business, maintaining effective relationships. 


  • Coaches leaders at all levels in demonstrating the Bank’s values and core competencies, and modeling great leadership. 


  • Monitors industry trends to explore opportunities to improve the employee experience at the Bank. 


What we are looking for: 


  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and assessing workforce plans and people programs that drive business outcomes and connect to the strategic goals of an organization.  


  • An intrapreneurial mindset, showcasing adaptability, creativity, and the capacity to pivot strategies in response to dynamic environmental conditions. 


  • High quality consulting skills using hypothesis-driven problem solving, using data to tell the story and make decisions.  


  • Demonstrated skills in leading teams and fostering highly effective collaboration across multiple stakeholders.  


Salary Range: $240000 - $300000 / year
