About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for the manufacturing of our Hydrofera brand of wound care products at our Newark, DE site. We're looking for people who embody our values and demonstrate the desire to learn new skills. The ideal candidate should live in the Newark, DE area or be comfortable with the commute.

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You Will Do

• Manufacture wound care products within current company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices and/or relevant ISO/Regulatory standards.




• Ensure that all relevant quality paperwork is completed including work orders and cleaning logs.




• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and establish a safety-first mindset.




• The orderly storage of work in progress including proper identification of lot designation and product status.




• Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.




• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.




• All other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• High School diploma or equivalent.




• Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.




• Requires moderate computer skills and ability to perform general math computations.




• Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.




• Requires ability to take initiative to solve open-ended problems.




• A reasonable level of manual dexterity.




• Ability to lift/move up to approximately 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Compensation

$20/hourly rate + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
