About The Role

PREMIER Bankcard is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to be responsible for managing and contributing to a team that ensures business applications are available and performing optimally for the organization.
This position is an on-site opportunity at our PREMIER Bankcard location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and contribute to the application team’s work responsibilities
Performs daily monitoring of job movement through production applications
Performs daily monitoring of application alerts and remediate issues
Identify monitoring opportunities and coordinate the implementation
Administer and support the various Premier application platforms, including SharePoint, MuleSoft, DevOps, Enterprise Scheduler, Data Governance Platform and custom-built applications
Identify when reported issues are global in nature and escalate
Assist in application upgrades, vulnerability management, patching, and server migrations
Creates and escalate issues through the Premier ticketing system
Articulate to peers and leadership teams what impact existing production issues have to the business
Will be included in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support
Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned
Document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedule
Identify gaps in existing support procedures and work instructions, then collaborate with others to fix them
Maintain system documentation
Coordinate with vendor support on all issues
Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis
Provide application performance tuning
Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment
Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly
