Employment Opportunity - Farmland Protection Program Director
Farmland Protection Program Executive Director - Reports to the Jefferson County Farmland Protection Board (JCFPB). Duties include management of all aspects of the organization, including development of agricultural conservation easements with landowners, easement stewardship, community engagement, staff management and development, financial management and fundraising. The Director works with county, state and federal agencies and related organizations to complete conservation easement projects.
The successful applicant will hold at minimum a bachelors degree and have at least five years experience in management of a non-profit conservation organization or a similarly complex program.
