We're seeking a dynamic, visionary leader to head our Office of the Chief Data and Information Officer (OCDIO). This role involves strategic, technical, and operational leadership, and is key in shaping the Information and Data Solution (IDS) organization's strategy and performance.
The Vice President of OCDIO will support the IDS strategy, governance, and performance management, focusing on value realization for business growth. This role is crucial in shaping the organization's strategic direction, improving operational efficiency, leading digital scaling, and managing performance. The VP will collaborate closely with the CDIO, IDS Leadership Team, and key business stakeholders to integrate the IDS strategy into the overall CBI strategy.
Success in this role involves building strong relationships across Constellation Brands, aligning IDS initiatives with business objectives, and enhancing the IDS's strategic position. This role is about leading and shaping our organization's future through strategic innovation, effective execution, and robust collaboration. The VP of OCDIO will be a change catalyst, a capability incubator, and a strategic leader. The individual will play a strong role in building a high performing OCDIO organization that will help achieve the above objectives and also help this individual operate in a strategic and highly effective manner.

Information TechnologyThe salary range for this role is:
$210,900.00 - $351,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
