Job Description:

As the Project Engineer, you will help the project team with all administration and documentation of the construction project while providing support to assist the team in overseeing one to two trades on a larger project or many trades on smaller projects.

Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride.Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering.Track material procurement and coordinate deliveries Produce project schedules with site superintendent.Review and determine suitability of submittals.Quote/qualify subcontractor requests for change orders.Track status of change ordersTrack status of Requests for InformationCollect, verify and distribute as-builts.Maintain project close-out documents.Assist with field supervision.Blueprint readingQuantity take-offsSubcontractor solicitationsCorrespondenceDocument Control Subcontractor Coordination Other duties as assigned.
