Assigned Responsibilities:
Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity, and pride. Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering Track material procurement and coordinate deliveries Produce project schedules with site superintendent Review and determine suitability of submittals Quote/qualify subcontractor requests for change orders Track status of change orders Track status of Requests for Information Collect, verify and distribute as-builts Maintain project close-out documents Assist with field supervision Blueprint reading Quantity take-offs Subcontractor solicitations Correspondence Document Control Subcontractor Coordination Other duties as assigned
