What You Will Do
Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specificationsPerform this work in a specific area of a production line in our Prefabrication shopRead, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specificationsWork with electrical components like circuit breakers and electrical cabinet utilizing handheld tools like drills and screwdriversMaintain inventory of product in workstationsMaintain constant awareness and focus on safe work practicesDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring
Being at least 18 years old, you will
Have a passion for working with your hands and solving problemsPossess demonstrated mechanical abilityBe able to read blueprints and work ordersBe able to read/use a tape measurePossess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills as well as a normal range of hearing and visionBe willing to commit to consistent, day-to-day on time attendancePossess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, fast-paced environmentThrive on learning new things, be highly curious, and be open to direct and honest feedback
