Job Description:

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a full-time Finance Analyst. As an analyst in the largest YMCA association in the state, you'll see firsthand how much you and the Y can make an impact. Our work involves supporting all aspects of accounting and financial management. Your precise and timely accounting work will provide the organization with analysis related to financial matters, reporting crucial information to support data-driven decision-making. Analysts evaluate, forecast and solve accounting challenges through the collection, review and analysis of financial data. This role is ideal for those that enjoy collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Job Duties:

Reconcile assigned accounts on a monthly basis
Complete journal entries including monthly accrual entries
Compile monthly financial statements
Assist with managing accounting software systems to ensure data integrity
Review data and processes to make recommendations for best practices
Contribute to yearly audit preparation and budget preparation
Be a resource to YMCA staff on all financial matters including budgeting, reporting, researching variances and best practices

This is a full-time position within our Corporate team, located in downtown Appleton.
