Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to doing the right thing in all situations, and a passion for real estate or house flipping. This individual must be self-motivated, dedicated, collaborative, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of every project, regardless of challenges or obstacles.
Responsibilities:
Work with other team members to develop detailed scopes of work for residential renovation projects throughout the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.
Manage day-to-day contractor activities with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Order and oversee large quantities of material for use on projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Create and manage project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring optimal use of resources.
Recruit and onboard contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions, prioritizing the long-term success of the company over personal gain or entitlement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in residential construction or remodel project management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout the metropolitan area.
