Pay Range: A Shift: $29.70/hr (Mon-Thur 5am-5:30pm); B Shift: $32.67/hr (Mon-Thu 3:00pm-1:30am); C Shift: $32.97/hr (Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm); D Shift: $34.16/hr (Fri-Sun 5pm-5:30am)
Job Responsibilities:
Safely handle hardware using overhead cranes, hoists, and associated lifting equipment.
Use titration and other direct measurement methods to analyze and correct CPV Lab solvent/chemical systems.
Clean and passivate hardware using means such as solvent/chemical, mechanical, ultrasonic, and precision cleaning methods.
Conduct general housekeeping of CPV Lab and Certified Clean Room area.
Must be able to be respirator certified.
Top Skills:
Proficiency with computer and Microsoft office is required. Training and work instructions are done on computer.
Candidates will be performing gross plane and precision cleaning on parts.
Removing organic material (carbon from welding, machine and human oil, and other contaminants) from parts manually, with submersion cleaning, or with cleaning machinery.
Candidates will be working within a Clean Room environment and previous clean room experience would be a big plus.
Experienced in cleaning parts for production & use of chemicals.
Used calibrated measurement equipment.
Previous chemical handling experience would be a big plus.
Aerospace backgrounds would be ideal, but automotive, chemical, and even pharmaceutical backgrounds can work as well.
Anywhere where sterilization and cross-contamination prevention is essential.
Desired Tool experience: Microscopes, calipers, and torque wrenches
