Let's talk about the role:
Reporting directly to the President of the USA, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be responsible for the achievement of all revenue, asset management and cost management targets of Credit Corp Solutions' outsourced purchased debt portfolios. This includes accounts outsourced to law firms, collection agencies, specialist asset services and debt management companies.
Some Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Manage the US legal portfolio to achieve collection revenue targets.
Manage all collections through third parties including legal firms and legal networks, debt management companies and third party collection agencies.
Manage the US legal portfolio through the appointment and management of law firms and an effective legal network.
Investigate and implement a business case for the appointment and management of Third Party Collection Agencies.
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to optimise costs and enhance supplier relationships.
Collaborate with senior management to align outsourcing strategies with overall business objectives.

5 years collection experience
>3 years legal collection experience
>3 years vendor management experience
Demonstrated business improvement experience
Demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated analytical experience
Proven ability to identify and manage risk
Success in leading teams
High level business communication
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
