The beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC Crystal City is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team! This 627-room property is a half mile south of The Pentagon as well as only three blocks from the Pentagon City Metro station and offers a warm DoubleTree Cookie welcome!

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in the Housekeeping Department, great customer service skills and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to grow in their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: Mostly PM shifts, 3PM - 11.30PM, with availability on weekends and holidays

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the team members, inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)
• Complete work orders, as needed
• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed
• Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
