Job Description:

Overview:

H&P is representing an established middle market private equity firm in the search for a mid-level Investor Relations and Capital Formation individual. They are looking to hire an experience individual with fundraising and investor relations experience, with the firm working with both institutional and RIA LPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Investor Communication Strategy:
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events to facilitate engagement with investors and analysts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Analyze financial results, industry trends, and peer benchmarking data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage with investors and analysts to understand their perspectives and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy:
  • Identify potential sources of capital, including institutional investors, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and strategic partners.
  • Lead fundraising efforts by preparing compelling investment materials, including pitch decks, offering memorandums, and financial models.

Investor Outreach and Engagement:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to prospective investors to generate interest in the company's fundraising initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing investors to secure follow-on investments and support ongoing fundraising efforts.
  • Organize investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence sessions to facilitate investor engagement and commitment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, specifically with fundraising experience
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
