About the Position



We are currently seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform power systems design for power, chemical, pharmaceutical and process industries clients across the United States. The successful candidate will have prior A&E experience and a background in consulting engineering. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.



Experience and Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university


• PE preferred or anticipated.


• 5 years of related experience at a A&E firm as a consulting design engineer. The successful candidate will be prepared to discuss prior design projects in detail.


• Experience with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD and BIM preferred. (SKM and/or ETAP experience is a plus)


• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work. Prior design team experience is preferred.


• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Additional Information


Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Electrical Engineer III with a salary range of $74,800.00 - $114,300.00 .
