Job Description:

Ferguson, North America's leading distributor in various markets, seeks motivated Sales Support Representatives for its Sales Support Program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist waterworks customer group with sales calls, inquiries, and concerns.
• Provide product recommendations and solutions.
• Offer hands-on assistance at the parts counter and in the warehouse.
• Present job quotes with accurate pricing and inventory details.
• Utilize CRM system and phone effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.

Pay Range

$18.71 - $29.92

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated drive to learn and succeed.
• Strong collaborative skills with a focus on customer assistance.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and make timely decisions.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
