The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in the organization by creating and analyzing financial data to support our growth strategy. With responsibilities ranging from creating financial reports to conducting budget analysis and presenting to the executive team
Responsibilities:
in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monthly Actual vs. Budget and Actual vs. Forecast comparisons, distribute to branches and perform analysis of results as needed.
variance commentary on monthly basis and highlight trends / changes in the business for management reporting.
weekly cash forecast process reporting to C-Suite and Private Equity Sponsor
the coordination of the budget process including implementation, coordination with reginal finance managers, consolidation, and analysis.
with cross-functional teams, such as Accounting, HR and Legal to assist in the creation of board presentations and monthly business reviews.
business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast and budget models.
ad hoc analyses and duties as required to support the Finance Department.
Requirements:
Experienced in MS Office, Viewpoint or other financial software applications.
knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, and scenario planning.
analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.
bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
