Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting Territory Managers and external Customers. Responsibilities (1st shift) • Visits customers independently and with sales personnel as needed • Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problem • Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information • Performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone • Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems • Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process • Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner • Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs • Makes recommendations to external customers • Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframe • Proposal Support • Cylinder audit support • High School Diploma or GED required • Prior Sales Support experience is preferred • Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2023 sales of $33 billion.
