Summary
The Exam Coordinator will provide assistance with the administration and proctoring of professional computerized exams to all students within the Testing Center. This part-time position reports to the Testing Center Manager. The daily functions include validating the exam delivery data and time, ensuring the faculty selected the proper delivery options, and prepare for any of the special instructions requested for each exam. The hours for this position will be 6:30am to 10:30am Monday-Friday.

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year College/Technical school required. 1-3 years of work experience required. Previous experience in a testing center, academic or customer service setting desired. Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with students effectively.
Computer Skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn a web based testing center application.
