SUMMARY:



We are looking for an E-Commerce Digital Shelf Content Manager who will help drive the overall eCommerce digital shelf content strategy and end-to-end creation & optimization across all Tyson Brands.


As a part of the eCommerce team, this position is responsible for creating digital shelf content strategies across key customers' eCommerce platforms for Tyson Foods Retail Group. This role's priority is to drive organic performance of our products which requires the creation of strategic, conversion-driving product content in close collaboration with brand teams, commerce marketing and sales.



Specific duties include:



  • Develop eCommerce organic search and content strategy to increase product awareness and drive conversion for our brands

  • Lead the agency in development of eCommerce digital shelf content that is engaging and persuasive to bring our brands to life online. This includes but is not limited to optimized imagery, SEO copy, enhanced content, and video

  • Partner with Commerce Marketing Managers to create custom eCommerce content for digital activations that are fully integrated into seamless shopper experiences that efficiently drive commerce

  • Collaborate with brand, digital capabilities, customer teams, and vendor partners to ensure that the process to develop and deliver digital shelf content runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Product content planning, online merchandising, continuous refinements of retailer product detail pages, retailer enhanced content planning & execution, as well as identifying opportunities based on category insights and trends

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for eCommerce content best practices, benchmarking, and content creation

  • Responsible for online product setup process and content execution across all Tyson Prepared categories

  • Collaborate with internal partners (brand, sales, commerce marketing) to optimize digital shelf content

  • Work in partnership with account teams to determine what metrics and requirements retailers are using to measure their own digital shelf (i.e., Target's Content Report Card) to inform digital shelf content strategy

  • Leverage digital shelf health tools (Salsify/Retailer score cards) to track compliance and performance of content across priority retailers, benchmark competition, identify gaps / opportunities and drive corrective action plan implementation

  • Partner with Sr. eCommerce Analyst for reporting on digital shelf performance including brand/retailer health, share of shelf/share of voice performance for eCommerce dashboard




REQUIREMENTS:



  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years working experience, with minimum of 2 years in CPG eCommerce

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills to internal leadership

  • Special Skills: Highly collaborative - with an ability to lead through influence. Must be a self-starter full of intellectual curiosity and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Computer Skills: Understanding of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Excel. Proficient knowledge and experience with CMS (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.), syndicated data and measurement tools (Profitero)
