Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $70,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Orlando, FL area.


Title: Production Supervisor


Location: Orlando, FL Area


Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus


Hours: Monday - Thursday 6pm to 6am


Relocation: YES


Responsibilities:


•Leadership: Manage hourly production associates by setting a positive example and proactively contributing to the company's success.


•Safety Training: Conduct monthly safety training for all department personnel.


•Reporting: Provide production reports to Executive Team Members as requested.


•Schedule Compliance: Ensure adherence to production schedules and handle all relevant tasks.


•Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate closely with maintenance to ensure safe and efficient production equipment operation.


•Process Improvement: Continuously work on enhancing factory processes and consider associate suggestions for improvement.


Qualifications:


•Bachelors Degree


•Supervisory experience within food manufacturing


•Bilingual Spanish


•Lean manufacturing experience (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)


•ADP, Kronos, or Workday experience
