Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist in supervising contractors and vendors for facility repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including reading schematics and troubleshooting
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Leadership skills to assist in supervising contractors and vendors
