DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to handle day-to-day interactions with medical professionals and surgical centers. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can be the voice of the customer, show problem-solving skills, act with patience and empathy, and provide both clear and concise communication.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

  • Provides daily correspondence via phone, fax, and e-mail with external vendors and third-party distributors. Responds to all inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Enters sales order into database. Maintains inventory of tissue available for distribution.
  • Verifies inventory, graft selection, and shipping requirements. Pull, package, and ship all orders according to SOPs and according to customer expectations. Tracks orders accordingly.
  • Resolves customer concerns relating to order status.
  • Performs physical inventory of tissue grafts and reconciles discrepancies.
  • Lifts up to 70 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Examples of the ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Data Entry/Skilled in typing
  • Punctuality
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office application to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.

The base pay for this position is $20/hr.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with split shifts covering from 8:00 AM-6:30 PM.
