Strong knowledge and skills in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solutioning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address change management challenges and opportunities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other change management tools and platforms.


Experience using Monday.com


Strategy, business operations and consulting experience a plus Experience in unionized environments Experience in security and/or healthcare a plus Experience leading business transformations with people, process, and technology changes
