80% FTE, day/evening shift, Monday - Friday with hours between 8:00am - 8:00pm. You will work at 1 S. Park St. in Madison, WI for training and transition to Eastpark Medical in Madison, WI - our newest facility opening its doors in fall 2024.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

• Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients.
• Connect and form therapeutic relationships with oncology patients.
• Provide education and support to patients receiving chemotherapy. Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients during their treatment.

Education :

Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience :

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred - Relevant Inpatient RN experience, Ambulatory experience, Relevant oncology experience,

Chemotherapy experience and Experience with Venous Access Devices (VADs) and IV skills.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. Current CPR/BLS certification.

Preferred - Certification in specialty area of practice.

Eastpark Medical Center - UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy. This 469,000-square-foot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
