Location: Open to candidates in Dallas, Des Moines, Charlotte, and Atlanta




Duration: 6+ Months Contract




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Execution Specialist with a strong background in implementation and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in incident management and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Incident Triage and Analysis: Monitor and assess incoming incident reports to determine severity and impact. Conduct initial analysis to identify potential root causes and impact on operations.


• 
  Incident Response and Resolution: Respond promptly to incidents according to established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents efficiently.


• 
  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions. Generate reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.


• 
  Escalation and Coordination: Escalate incidents as necessary and collaborate with senior management for complex or critical incidents.


• 
  Preventive Measures: Develop and implement measures to mitigate future incidents and contribute to process improvements.


• 
  Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with best practices and assist in developing training materials.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.


• Demonstrated experience through work, consulting, military experience, or education.


• Skills in Incident Management including triage, response, documentation, and escalation.


• Proven ability to cultivate professional networks and foster collaborative relationships.


• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.


• Adept at fostering relationships and adapting communication styles to diverse audiences.
