Eligibility

As a contingent part-time employee at Manatt, you will work with a team of passionate and driven professionals. You will provide subject matter and consulting expertise for our clients with a particular focus in the area of developing or implementing a governmental strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Provide specific subject matter expertise to project work streams from start through execution, and develop and complete work product as assigned.

  • Leverage subject matter expertise to provide qualitative and quantitative analyses that address complex strategy, business, and policy questions and issues as well as market/industry developments.


Qualifications

  • Specific subject matter expertise in the area of consulting with clients who need to develop or implement a governmental strategy.

  • Demonstrated experience and success in providing optimal organizational, service, and business models a in a variety of settings and to a variety of clients.

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in the public policy field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of substantive experience.

  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and develop creative solutions to meet their needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to a variety of audiences, as well as confidence in presenting to groups.

  • Professional expertise with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to evaluate health care data to conduct complex analyses that address strategy and policy questions.

Salary

The base annual pay range for this role is between $90,000 - $150,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. Additional medical, financial and/or other benefits will be offered dependent on the position.
