Job Description:

High Concrete Group LLC, based out of Springboro, Ohio, combines innovation, proven technology, more than three-quarters of a century's experience as a precast company, and nearly 50 years as a precaster to give our customers the first-rate service, technical support, and precast products they need to bring their designs to life.

Our precast company is a leading producer of architectural and structural wall panels, and the nation's largest producer of precast concrete parking structures. We've provided structure and enclosure systems, components, and accessories for virtually every kind of project including corporate, cultural, government, educational, institutional, multi-unit residential buildings, sports stadiums and arenas, retail, industrial, correctional facilities, and warehouse structures. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our QC Team in Springboro, Ohio!

This is Monday - Friday starting at 6:30AM.

Essential Job Functions:
Fundamental job requirements which an individual must be able to perform in order to accomplish the basic duties of the job.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the following technical areas:
  
  
  
  • Pre-Pour Inspection of Structural pieces and Architectural pieces.
  
  
  • Post-Pour Inspection of Structural pieces and Architectural pieces.
  
  
  • Piece Drawing Set-Up
  
  
  • Stressing Calculations / Stressing Sheet Set-Up
  
  
  • Ability to read piece tickets.
  
  
  
  


• Assist other members of the QC Team as needed


• Work toward PCI and ACI certifications as required.


• Able to communicate effectively with others (verbally and written).


•  Accomplishes results with initiative and without formal authority.


•  Works well with others to accomplish required tasks, and can effectively participate and/or lead in a team environment.

• Knowledge of concrete product.


• Attends mock up reviews as required.


• Assists with sample making as required.


• Participate on various task teams or projects as assigned

Experience, Training and/or Education:

• 1 – 2 years precast experience preferred.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Qualified individual must work to obtain PCI Level I & Level II certification as well as ACI Field Testing Technician Level I certification within 12 months of entering the position.
