Ferguson is seeking a Senior Installation Associate with expertise in residential appliances, particularly luxury brand and built-in appliances. The role involves providing support to installation teams, offering technical expertise during the quotation process, and resolving customer issues. Strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Support other installation teams and provide ongoing training feedback.
Resolve claims and customer issues related to installations.
Maintain parts storage areas in the warehouses and organize replenishment orders.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of company trucks.
Act as a liaison between warehouse leadership and the Area Installation Manager.
Conduct pre-installation and post-installation inspections, engaging with builders to promote customer retention.
Partner with the Area Installation Manager to implement improvement ideas.
Utilize software applications for data entry, report generation, and project management.
Fulfill driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with luxury brand appliance installation required.
Prior experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance products/installations.
Valid state-issued license and at least 21 years of age.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
Proven leadership experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to document detailed job notes clearly.
Proficiency in reading and understanding product specifications and project plans.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
