The Communications Specialist reports directly to the Communications Manager and plays an important role in managing the overall messaging, brand and communications standards of the company and client.
Essential Job Duties:
Send meeting notices and host employee and client TEAMS meetings
Prepare monthly PowerPoint presentations using various data sources
Keep FM building contact lists up-to-date
Collaborate across service lines to deliver consistent messaging and content
Draft and send various internal e-mail communications
Skills, Education and Experience:
Minimum 2 year's experience in marketing, communications, or related role
Outstanding written, communication, and editing skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Time management and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
