Role: Senior Test Manager

Location: Jefferson City, East Brunswick, Plano, Atlanta, Tampa,

Requirements:
  • years in software testing, with a focus on test management and leadership roles.
  • with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and execute test cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Planning: Create detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and schedules, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software testers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to identify and address defects early in the development cycle.
  • Automation: Drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and scalability.
  • Management: Establish and maintain defect tracking systems, prioritizing issues and coordinating resolution efforts with development teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the testing team and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on test progress, issues, and risks.
  • Management: Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to testing activities, proactively addressing challenges to minimize project delays and disruptions.
  • Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the testing team, identifying opportunities for process optimization, tool enhancement, and skill development.
