Our client is a leader in injury case management services, and is looking to bring on Sales & Revenue Enablement Specialist. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing the training, content, processes, practices and tools needed to support Sales and establishing a sales coaching program. They will be accountable for leading the Sales Enablement Team and working with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all three functions, as well as be responsible for reporting metrics and the analysis of training and Sales Enablement content usage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train sales team to present and discuss sales techniques, ethics, and methods of maintaining
sales quota.
Revenue realization, reporting, and tracking of New Sales across all functions.
Develop materials; supervise and coordinate activities of sales training.
Incentive comp design & administration.
Implement new sales campaigns, initiatives, strategies, and programs.
