As a Canvasser, you will be the face of our high-quality design and construction services, initiating contact with potential clients and setting the stage for our sales team. Duties:
Engage with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, events, and tradeshows to generate leads for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
Educate homeowners on the benefits and quality of Castle Design Build's services, creating interest and excitement.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Collect and record information on potential leads, maintaining accurate and organized data for follow-up.
Represent the company professionally and ethically, upholding our reputation for high-quality service.
Meet or exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine canvassing strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and in a team, managing time effectively to meet goals.
Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet homeowners.
