**Must have extensive experience in end-to-end large-scale ERP Implementations;
** Must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
Able to communicate at all levels and across multiple departments from senior leaders to support staff.
**Extremely organized and detail oriented - hands-on tactical execution experience; **Experience putting together communications plans and working with HR on Training and Development;
** Ability to build strong relationships with strong situational awareness and high EQ. Able to speak up - and challenge respectfully - team player
