The Hilton Baltimore is looking for an energetic, organized, team-oriented Sales Manager to join us. The Sales Manager will be working alongside the Sales Team to solicit and book group business. Hotel Details:

We are located adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our GBAC STAR™ accredited hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we're a half-mile from Camden MARC Station. Our 757 roomhotel has been recently renovated and is a pleasure to sell. Come join our FUN TEAM!

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Manager at Hilton Baltimore, you would be responsible for representing the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Qualify, respond to, and close inquiries from potential customers seeking guestrooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc.
  • Initiate new sales, prospect, and qualify leads.
  • Host and entertain clients, develop, and maintain and client accounts.
  • Conduct property site visits and answer questions accurately with a sense of urgency.
  • Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate, close contracts, and analyze lost business.
  • Develop creative plans and strategies to meet/exceed established revenue and room night goals
  • Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
