Facilities Lead at Beltrami Electric Cooperative in Bemidji, Minnesota

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

* Ensures that the cooperative headquarters, grounds, and facilities are in a clean, presentable, secure, and safe condition and that excellent mechanical maintenance is done to ensure reliable operation of systems.
* Perform, coordinate, and oversee the custodial and minor building maintenance duties as assigned. Maintains inventory and orders the needed cleaning and maintenance supplies.
* Supervises the building maintenance contractors that work on the facilities systems, such as groundskeeping, mechanical, HVAC, and cleaning companies.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and related custodial/cleaning and facilities maintenance experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with building controls, heat pumps, and HVAC systems is preferred.
