Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to financial strategy and drive impactful cost initiatives.

Location: Paoli, PA (Hybrid Role - 3 days in office)


Responsibilities:

• 
  Forecasting and Analysis: Develop financial forecasts and rigorously analyze data for reasonableness.


• 
  Strategic Cost Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic cost-saving initiatives. Monitor potential risks and opportunities.


• 
  Financial Evaluations: Conduct thorough financial evaluations, covering aspects such as income, spending, and workforce discrepancies.


• 
  Operational Insights: Connect financial outcomes with operational drivers. Propose strategies for cost reduction and margin improvement.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 4+ years in finance, preferably in an FP&A role.


• 
  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• 
  Tools: Familiarity with SAP, HFM, Qlik, Business Objects, or other financial analytical tools.
