Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly

Physical Therapist Shelby, NC (Outpatient Adult)




Summary:



This position provides physical therapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment plan development, therapeutic intervention, progress documentation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.



Responsibilities:



- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.


- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to help patients achieve functional goals.


- Educate patients on proper exercises and self-care strategies.


- Document patient progress and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


- May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians (depending on licensure requirements).



Qualifications:




- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.




- State Physical Therapy License.




- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.




- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred




- Experience in acute care setting a plus.




Schedule:




Variety of shifts (40 hours/week).




Weekend requirements may apply




Compensation:




Competitive salary range ($35 - $55 per hour).




Sign-on bonus up to $15,000.




Relocation bonus potential ($5,000).



Outpatient clinic location (between two major cities, approximately 45 minutes apart).
