Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Field Service Regional Service Manager.

Duties include:


  • Business Management: Plan and manage the clients business for the assigned customer

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive optimum levels of service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Administrative/Other Tasks: Perform administrative and other tasks required of the position, that support our client, Service, and the assigned customer

  • Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of the business for the assigned customer

  • Where applicable, manage training for personnel resources to ensure only trained personnel are servicing equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains close working relationships with the customer, Service Leadership, Sales Representatives, Field Service Engineers, and Service Coordinators, and other support team members

  • Understands the organizational structure of the client's business, along with that of our clients service and sales support teams

  • Is the -Voice of the Customer-.

  • Acts as the main point of contact for all customer communication and interaction with internal sales and service organizations

  • Supports all aspects of service delivery and daily operations

  • Manage multivendor Field Service Engineers who will provide service to all of the customers facilities on imaging equipment







REQUIREMENTS:



  • B.S. degree in Business or equivalent preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in service management or equivalent experience

  • Able to exhibit the Block Core Values of Growth, Integrity, Together, and Honor

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
