Job Summary

As the first-ever full time Brand Manager in Carlyle Tool's history, you will play an importantrole in re-positioning our premium tool line to with the goal if disrupting and elevating the industry. Reporting directly to the Carlyle Tools Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for co-leading the execution of various strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, loyalty and sales. This role requires a tenacious and experienced individual who is strategic, creative, efficient, and organized. You will be a critical member of a XF team that spans across product, category, engineering, retail, packaging, research, media, PR, social, events, and more.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the build out and implementation of a comprehensive, multi-year brand marketing strategy spanning multiple initiatives and activation types.

- Willingness to be flexible and work on an evolving array of workstreams.

- Assist Senior Manager and agency partners with the build and execution of the 2025 media, social, PR & influencer plan.

- Assist with creation and management of 2025 content calendar.

- Lead creation and rollout of new brand apparel, premiums and merchandise.

- Lead creation of new product catalogs.

- Partner with retail team to manage update of Carlyle Tools in-store experience.

- Lead copywriting efforts focused on refining brand and product language.

- Partner closely with packaging agency to review and approve any updated and/or new packaging.

- Partner with technical XF team to help buildout of a new website.

- Protect the Brand - help update and socialize Brand Standard ensure that brand integrity is maintained.

- Work closely with Carlyle Brand Director to ensure tight alignment on all initiatives, decisions, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of executing marketing programs on time and in full.

- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience working with consumer brands, retail and/or the auto industry.

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly update stakeholders.

- Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business results.

- Creative thinker with a passion for managing innovative marketing campaigns and brand experiences.

- Extremely organized with ability to manage projects through to completion.

- Must be results driven, work well under pressure and be a team player.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Typical office working environment- minimum 3 days a week
